We are pleased to share a glimpse into a recent project where Fencing Colchester had the opportunity to enhance the privacy and aesthetic appeal of a residential property in Colchester. This project involved installing new fencing along with some additional features to enhance the client’s outdoor space.
Initial Consultation
Our journey began with a thorough consultation to understand the client’s needs and preferences. Emphasizing on durability and style, the choice was made for Grange Waney fence panels, known for their traditional appeal and robust performance.
Materials Selection
To ensure longevity and structural integrity, slotted concrete posts were chosen to support the wooden panels. A solid concrete gravel board was selected to prevent moisture from damaging the base of the panels, thereby extending the lifespan of the fence.
Installation Process
The installation process commenced with the careful removal of the old fencing, taking care to minimize disruption to the garden. Our team efficiently set up the new slotted concrete posts, ensuring they were perfectly aligned and securely placed. The Grange Waney panels were then carefully fitted into the slots of the posts, followed by the placement of the concrete gravel boards.
Adding Final Touches
Upon successful installation of the fence, the existing gates needed rehanging. Our team meticulously rehung the gates, adjusting the fixtures to ensure smooth operation and a seamless look with the newly installed fence.
